MAC Construction Consultants’ Safety, Health & Environment team have been appointed by the KMRE Group to deliver Client Advisor and Principal Designer services on its Kirkstall Road development in Leeds. The firm has joined the construction team to produce a new private rental sector scheme (PRS) that will deliver 111 well-designed, safe, sustainable, modern apartments close to Leeds city centre. The development will include a range of stylish one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and construction is now on site and expected to complete in spring 2021. The MAC team will be carrying out its services under CDM regulations and all construction activities on the project are being carried out in line with Government regulations. Kam Mogul, Managing Director at KMRE Group said: “KMRE are pleased to have MAC join their professional team to deliver this scheme and we look forward to working with them across our portfolio of projects.” Richard Dryden, National Lead for Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and Project Services at MAC commented: “This is a well desired flagship scheme delivering much need housing close to Leeds city centre which will be able to be utilise by the student and professional communities. “We are developing a successful relationship with KMRE Group and we are also working closely with the team to deliver a project in Nottingham.”

The firm has joined the construction team to produce a new private rental sector scheme (PRS) that will deliver 111 well-designed, safe, sustainable, modern apartments close to Leeds city centre.

The development will include a range of stylish one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and construction is now on site and expected to complete in spring 2021.
