The prime development site is adjacent to Northern Ireland’s premier visitor attraction, Titanic Belfast, and within a 10-minute walk of Belfast’s main retail district.

Plater’s Yard is within Titanic Quarter’s Phase II Outline Planning Permission and Full Planning Permission was also granted for 2 hotels (270 bedrooms) and 152 apartment homes, along with 12 commercial units and 382 underground car parking spaces. Offers are invited for the 1.77-acre site.
